Minneapolis was a quick stopover but very productive in terms of Bruce's research. We had a great stay & visit with Robert Gast and his company Global Risk Management. Would be fantastic if we could get him out to Australia to go through some of his courses. Our visit to the Cargill head office was also great - the buildings in themselves were a site to see. Once again Bruce managed to pick up some great information for his research - the number of alternate selling options/contracts that Cargill in the US offer is mind boggling. Will be interesting to talk with Cargill Australia to see if any of these products will be offered at home now that the single desk has been removed.
