Hong Kong

Our blog was blocked in China by the Chinese Communist Party for the obvious reasons of subversion so we haven't been able to post. We will post some retrospective photos up to the Grand Canyon (Today) over the next couple of days.

Arrived in Hong Kong - plenty of neon lights and big buildings and people everywhere. Went up to the Peak (pictured) and Karina also was introduced to the joys of chopsticks. After a couple of days shopping, we met up with the group and had an interesting meeting with CLSA, a brokerage company. They had some interesting comments on Australia, the US Dollar, China and New Zealand (for the benefit of our NZ Nuffield Scholar, Alec Jack, NZ has now been renamed the train wreck isles). On Thursday we embarked on our trip to China.
